Responsibilities:
– Handle physiotherapy services and schedule to ensure utmost patient satisfaction, whether at the center or through house calls.
– Conduct examinations of patient complaints and conditions, and provide consultation and treatment based on assessment.
– Arrange and propose treatments to alleviate pain, reduce discomfort, and help patients achieve their agreed-upon goals.
– Manage patient complaints by providing clear explanations and guidance, maintaining specific written records to ensure accurate information.
– Adjust treatment sessions as necessary based on changes in treatment plans and propose follow-up sessions based on patient progress and capabilities.
– Optimize daily schedules to accommodate changes and meet patient demand.
– Participate in company-organized events.
– Undertake tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
– Must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy. Only applicants with this qualification will be considered.
– Applicants with expertise in manual techniques are encouraged to apply.
– Must have own transport.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
– Computer literate, with knowledge of Word and Excel.
– Able to work in a rotation schedule.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Assessing and treating problems
· Encouraging more on manual occupational therapy exercises and hands-on
· Working with patients with variety of conditions but more to neurological (ex: stroke)
· Keeping reports on patients and their progress via testimonial videos
· Staying update with developments in treatments
· Handle patients with care, compassionate and patience
· Be confidence on what you are doing especially when treating patients
· Always providing educations or home exercises to patients to enhance activity of daily living
· Built and maintaining good rapport with patients and family members
· Doing a live on social media to share knowledge regarding of therapy
· Perform ad-hoc duties as per instructed by management
· Always ready to assist team & patient during working hour

– Propose collaborations for events with corporate companies.
– Conduct and manage marketing events in various locations such as malls, mosques, recreational parks, and corporate exhibitions.
– Maintain relationships with clients from corporate sectors, medical fields, influencers, third-party administrator companies, business partners, etc.
